How much does delivery cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region. Enter your address at checkout and the freight charge will appear.

Do you offer professional assembly and setup for mobility scooters?

Yes, during checkout, you can choose to add professional assembly and setup for your mobility scooter for an additional fee. This service is generally only available in metro regions.

Is my payment data safe with you?

Yes, we use Shopify Payments, a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We also use SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.

Do you offer warranty for your products?

All ROVA products have a free 12 month warranty covering any faults or manufacturing defects. Extendable warranties are available for an additional charge.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, in the case of a product fault or manufacture defect, please email us with details and provide photos/video of the issue. For more information, read our refund policy.

Do I need a license for a mobility scooter?

No, you don't need a license to drive a mobility scooter in Australia. However, you must follow the rules and regulations, such as a maximum speed of 10 km/h on level ground and giving way to pedestrians.
