We can ship to 99% of Australian addresses.
If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and try to find another shipping provider to get the order to you.
There will be additional charges for shipping to remote areas.

For larger scooters, they will arrive on a small pallet by tail lift truck.
The truck will lower the pallet down to ground level and can roll the pallet to a nearby area for you, ready for unpack.
Please be advised the pallet can not be lifted by hand so the driver can only roll over flat surfaces to your storage area.

ROVA Elite and Metro are 99% assembled. Simple attachment of items like Mirrors, Basket, Seat Backing (Metro) is required.
ROVA Scout and Activ are 100% assembled, just unfold and use.
