Welcome to ROVA Mobility! We're confident you'll love your new scooter, and to back that up, we offer a generous warranty on all our products. This Warranty Conditions page outlines everything you need to know about your coverage.

WHATS COVERED

All ROVA Mobility scooters come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. 


This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship of the scooter itself (frame, chassis, electronics).
  • Original parts and components included with the scooter.

WHATS NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear and tear: Expect typical wear and tear on parts like tires, batteries, and upholstery. Replacement is your responsibility under normal usage.
  • Accidental damage or misuse: Damage caused by accidents, falls, improper use, or modifications will not be covered.
  • Neglect or improper maintenance: Regular maintenance like battery charging and cleaning is crucial. Failure to maintain your scooter can void the warranty.
  • Consumable items: Certain items like batteries, tires, and brake pads wear out naturally and are not covered under warranty.
  • Water Damage: Submersion or heavy rain exposure (please use the rain cover supplied with your scooter). Scooters are resistant to water, but not waterproof under heavy exposure conditons.

EXTENDING YOUR WARRANTY

Secure your scooter's future with our optional extended warranties, offering up to 3 additional years of coverage.

To maintain warranty validity, it's essential for users to undertake annual check-ups/servicing, ensuring your scooter remains in prime condition.

MAKING A CLAIM

  1. Your contact information.
  2. Date of purchase / Order #.
  3. Model and serial number of your scooter.
  4. Description of the issue you're experiencing
  5. Photos / video of the issue (if applicable).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Processing Warranty Claims:

  • We aim to resolve all warranty claims within a reasonable timeframe so you can be back on the go as quickly as possible.
  • Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.
  • If covered, we'll either repair your scooter, replace the defective part, or provide a replacement scooter at our discretion.
  • There may be some lead time for your repair if the replacement part required is out of stock.

Additional Information:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the scooter.
  • This warranty is governed by the laws of Australia.
