* Some very remote locations are not possible for delivery (ie. Kangaroo Island, Cape York, etc).

During checkout, you can choose to add professional assembly and setup for your mobility scooter for an additional fee.
This service is especially helpful if you're not comfortable assembling the scooter yourself or if you have any mobility limitations.
This service is generally only available in metro regions. In this event, we will contact you to find a solution for you.
We also offer a packaging disposal service to remove the cardboard and packing materials from your scooter delivery.
* The packaging of your moblity scooter consists of the outer cardboard box, internal foam/plastic coverings and the non-standard small pallet (generally 900x1200mm 'Euro-pallet').
Both the unpack/setup service & packaging disposal service can be arranged after your scooter has been delivered.

Yes, your payment data is safe with us. We use Shopify Payments, which is a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment processor. This means that Shopify Payments follows the highest industry standards for security to protect your credit card information.
In addition to using Shopify Payments, we also take several other steps to protect your payment information:

All ROVA products have a free 12 month warranty.
This covers any faults or manufacturing defects.
It does not cover physical damage, improper use, or abuse.
Extendable warranties are available (additonal charge).
