Am really happy with this unit , ease of control nd comfort --i feel secure due to its large size . 15 kms in private yard if pretty fast . Yet to use for long drives on footpaths but few small nerrands done so confident of its quality . Cameron has been very professional nd always eager to help with his support service . I have had my Rova Metro for 2 weeks and it has lived up to my expectations!
I liked the way it was so securely packed and came ready to ride.
As a 90 year old with Great Grandies, they have enjoyed the ride on the front "Dicky" seat.
I did a lot of research before buying it and the pricing is excellent. About half the prices of others I looked at in Mobility Scooter shops.
I find the 2 year warranty attractive as a year ago i bought on privately and it has been a "Sour Lemon".
The owners kept in contact with me when the was to be delay in delivery.
I give the product at this stage 5 stars

Very pleased to date, it has proved beyond my expectations having never seen one prior.I was totally dependent on vision and information on the Rova website to make my buying decision .

Have travelled 15 kms to date it does everything I had hoped it would do.

If the seat could be locked midway between right back or forward, I would award it 110%.

We are very pleased with this mobility scooter. It is everything the salesperson said it would be. Assembly after delivery was straightforward and easy to complete. It is comfortable to use, performs well, and has met all of our expectations. Would highly recommend it to others looking for a reliable mobility scooter.

Only just received my Rova Metro,a great product, arrived packaged very well. I have only taken it out once. Made one modification, unscrewed the small front seat, so I can slide the front seat forward at anything without having to unbolt, going to add a steel plate and Velcro. It would be great if I could lift the rear armrest to make it easier to get my special needs wife into the big seat easier. But all in all a great product and I am sure will get a lot of use out of this well made solid machine. Thank you Cameroon for keeping in touch with me and checking on the Rova,s journey to WA. We had a delay due to train derailment.

I love this scooter only had for 2 days. Everyone also liked it. Its so much fun I feel like I'm on a real 2 wheel scooter. I'm in a bit of a rough ground area so the big wheels are great .
